Production and Delivery

Most orders (apart from bundles listed as ready to go) are made to order.  All of our products are handmade from raw material we buy none of our products in complete.  To maintain the quality and high standards expected thes eprocess cannot be rushed.  Orders can take upto 10 working days to produce and ship.  We try to keep good stocks of raw materials and containers and print all of our labels in house on our professional printing machine. We have seen unprecedented demand for our products this year coupled with delays on stock arriving so on some occasions orders may fall outside of these time scales we will contact you to advise as soon as we can should this be the case.
